Social Justice Reflection by Moe
My social justice reflection is about racism. The reason why I decided to do racism is because there was a incident back in 2020 where this person named George floyed who died due to a cop putting his knee on his neck which caused him to die. Than people were outraged since he was black human being who died for no reason, he wasn't any harm to anyone. People got angry due to his death and started protesting to get justice for his death and also have freedom in the country. What changes happened after George Floyd's death? Some of the incremental change, like bans on choke holds, new pursuit policies, those have moved forward, and some of the attempts to reduce police budgets have maintained as well. People got so angry, they started looting place where they would break in big company's with bricks and try to steal big merchandize. For example cvs, gucci, and etc. Company's were loosing a lot of money because of this. This is why I decided to do racism, I want people to...
Most of the work produced looks amazing and I personally like your take on your artwork. Although that might be true, I still feel like the art work could possibly be overwhelming and could really be better if it same more simplistic. With that out the way, I still love the art keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI liked the one with the triangles, but maybe try to specify which is point, line, or plane so it'd be easy to tell which one's which.
ReplyDeleteLine One does have many lines but an outline, 6/8 box could help and filling some negative space with marker.
ReplyDeleteOverall good work Mohammed. I am seeing that drawing number one doesn't have enough ink. Try to add more ink so that it is visible. Designs are 10/10
ReplyDeleteYour plane drawings I enjoyed the most because there very unique than others. You could of separated the drawings in their different elements so they would be more organized. That's what I could have done.
